BLUE is a handsome 9-week-old tri-colored male border collie/cattle dog mix. He looks almost exactly like his mother with a black body, white polka-dotted collar, legs, tummy, and tail with orange eyebrows and highlights. BLUE is short-coated with a bit of an undercoat, so he is not totally smooth-coated. BLUE is a wonderfully active pup and our suggestion to anyone looking to adopt this pup should have knowledge of both border collies and cattle dogs as he has the brains of a border collie and the spunk of a cattle dog.

BLUE is a real charmer and he seems to know he is super and uses his beauty to charm all the others.  BLUE gets along with everyone and likes to watch or interact with all the critters on the property.  Being the boy of the litter, he is a buddy dog and makes all kinds of silly sounds like he is telling his foster mom interesting stories.  BLUE is interested in anything and everything and life seems to be a big adventure to him!!! BLUE loves to get on the bed with his foster mom and give her lots and lots of kisses, but soon he settles down and is quiet for the rest of the night.  All three of the pups in this litter are wonderfully outgoing.  They all learned the doggie door at about 6 weeks and are learning to go potty while they are outside.  All three pups are great at paper training and seldom miss so it won't take much to transfer that to "Go potty outside."

BLUE is started on his puppy vaccines, wormed, and microchipped. As a condition of puppy adoption, he will need to be altered by his new owner when he reaches approximately 6 months (specific time to be determined by your vet). In addition to the adoption fee, puppy adoption requires a $100 spay/neuter deposit. Upon our receiving the spay/neuter certificate from you, the deposit is refunded.
