This is REGGIE, and he is a little clown! Reg wants to know about everything that is going on and although at about 10-weeks-old his attention span is short he never misses anything.  REGGIE is a smooth-coated black with a little white border collie mix.  Ears? Did you notice REGGIE's ears? How could you miss them? Reg has the best pointed ears for this young of a pup! Even so, REGGIE is probably not going to be a large dog, maybe 25-30 pounds, but he is going to be large on personality.

REGGIE has met most of the critters here at his foster home and has made sure they all know he is here!  Oh my goodness, there is a rock that walks (a large tortoise) & that is only one of the things that must be barked at but then sniffed! And those cats? Wow, they are neat, but they just don't know how to play! So when critters aren't fun, REGGIE will find a toy, be it a ball, a stuffed toy, a stick, or a chew toy.

REGGIE eats his meals in a crate, but he has been allowed to cuddle and sleep on the bed at night. He is working on housebreaking, and if he’s taken outside quickly he will do his business out there. Reg has taught himself to use the doggie door but when he can’t get there fast enough, he will usually look for a potty pad.

REGGIE loves to take walks, and he will probably be a great hiker and close walking companion. Reg seems to be very athletic and loves to physically play but is soft-mouthed and respectful of people.

REGGIE is started on his puppy vaccines, wormed, and microchipped. As a condition of puppy adoption, he will need to be altered by his new owner when he reaches approximately 6 months (specific time to be determined by your vet). In addition to the adoption fee, puppy adoption requires a $75 spay/neuter deposit. Upon our receiving the spay/neuter certificate from you, the deposit is refunded.
