TREVOR is a four year-old, 50 pound rough coat BC Aussie mix who really loves people. He is a hugger and a smiler, wanting to be with you at all times. TREVOR could be considered a couch potato, but he does like to play with his foster brother when not near your feet. TREVOR is very sensitive, motivated by your praise and not by food. Being so people-oriented, TREVOR could happily be in an only-dog household, as your attention would be all his!
TREVOR has learned house manners quickly (we believe he was an outside dog prior to coming to rescue) including potting outside. You may need to walk outside with him and encourage him to potty, as he does not want to leave the safety and comfort of your presence. He likes riding in the car, behaved really well at the veterinarian, and greets visitors exuberantly. TREVOR is indifferent to the cat at his foster home, walks well on the leash and loves going for walks, and sleeps the night quietly his crate.
TREVOR is micro-chipped, neutered, heart worm negative and on preventative, and up to date on vaccinations. If you have an approved Northern California Border Collie Rescue & Adoptions Application and wish to enquire about TREVOR please email us at Adoptions@norcalbcrescue.org. If you have an approved adoption application with Border Collie Rescue of Northern California let us know and we will request it be forwarded to us for consideration. TREVOR is being fostered in Granite Bay in Placer County, California.
