My name is Boston. I am a 1.5 year old female German Shepherd / Australian Cattle dog / Pitt mix. I weigh about 65 pounds. I am looking for a new home outside the hustle and bustle of the city – if you have private outdoor space, and (hopefully!) another dog for me to play with please reach out!
My favorite activities include fetch, tug, search games, sniff walks, wrestling with dogs, and snuggling with my humans. I love playing with other dogs and have excellent dog social skills. I have a high working drive and love to learn new tricks and play games that use my brain. I would love to try out agility or nose work one day! I know all my obedience commands and love practicing my training every day.
I am fearful of strangers and need slow introductions to new people. My humans and I have been working with a wonderful trainer and I have made a lot of progress. We know that I would have a happier life and could really thrive if I lived in a quieter environment.
I am fully vaccinated, spayed, microchipped, and crate trained. I would do best in a home with no children or cats. If I sound like I might be a good fit for your home, please reach out! I would love to meet you!
