Mr. Copper is a 9 year old, 50 – 55 pound Australian Shepard/Queens Heeler mix located in Colfax CA. He would be a great fit for a single woman or a house with all women. He listens very well and Is a wonderful companion. He does ok with cats but loves to “herd” them. Does great with smaller dogs, and with bigger dogs will be fine but takes a little getting used to. He tolerates children but can sometimes be a grump. He has never been aggressive. He is neutered and microchipped.
Unfortunately i have a house full of boys and men make him pretty uneasy. We’ve had him for 5 years now but just can’t seem to get used to my husband and now my 3 little boys. Copper is definitely an inside dog and has always been. We’re looking for someone experienced with this breed and has lots of patients for our old guy.
