Leroy is a handsome Border collie mix who we adopted in January as a potential playmate for our McNab. Unfortunately, our McNab and he are engaged in an alpha struggle, and we have made the difficult decision to rehome him. He is estimated by the vet to be 3-4 years old, +/- 55lbs, current on all shots, and healthy and happy. He is extremely smart and very motivated, so he’s easy to train, and knows all his basic commands.

He seems a little insecure from his time as a stray, and will need a little extra attention during the transition, but he’s a great dog and we love him. He needs (and loves) his walks and exercise, and is a “lot of dog” as our trainer likes to say. He’s generally good with other dogs in public, though sometimes the other dog doesn’t like him.

He’s very affectionate, very soft, loves his people, and obviously is quite handsome. He comes with his own bed, toys and crate if desired. He’ll make a great dog for a one dog household.
