Submitting an Application – Please Read!

When filling out the application, please take the time to give us as much information as you can about your current situation and your experience with dogs. The more information you give us, the better we can match you with the right dog. Applications without sufficient information will not be accepted.

After completing the application, you will receive a confirmation that the form was submitted successfully. We will review your application, then you will get an email from applications@norcalbcrescue.org within 1-2 days with the status of your application. Please add this email address to you contacts list or check your spam folder to be sure you receive the email. If you have not received an application status email within 3 days of submitting an application, send an email to: applications@norcalbcrescue.org to inquire about the status.

Note: To avoid errors do not autofill any of the information, or copy paste text into the form. Use a computer and not a phone or tablet to complete the application. Do not leave any items blank, enter NA if it does not apply. If you have any trouble filling it out, send an email to applications@norcalbcrescue.org for more information.
