Adoption Application

Submitting an Adoption Application – Please Read!

For information about the adoption process or our adoption fees, see the Adoption Info page.

When filling out the application, please take the time to give us as much information as you can about your current situation and your experience with dogs. The more information you give us, the better we can match you with the right dog.

After completing the application, you will receive a confirmation email that it was submitted successfully. We will review your application within 1-2 days, then you will get an email from applications@norcalbcrescue.org with the status of your application. Please add this email address to you contacts list or check your spam folder to be sure you receive the email. If you do not hear from us within 3 days of submitting an application, send an email to: applications@norcalbcrescue.org to inquire about the status.

Note: Do not use a phone or tablet to complete the application. Use a computer. Do not leave any items blank, enter NA if it does not apply. If you have any trouble filling it out, send an email to applications@norcalbcrescue.org
