Please complete the questions below to help us understand which activities and foster dogs would be best suited for you. If an item is not applicable do not leave blank, please enter N/A. When bringing a new dog into your home there is risk of items being damaged, however we will not be financially responsible for personal property damage caused by your foster dog. Do you accept the possibility of damage to personal property from your foster dog and not being compensated for it?*
