Female, 3 year, 40 lbs

LOVE is the most affectionate dog you will ever meet. She is a very young 3-year-old female with a lot of energy and a youthful spirit. She has the most beautiful blue eyes, a white-tipped nose and paws with fur like velvet. LOVE is a slender 40 pounds with a girlish figure. She has long, showgirl legs and loves to run more than anything else. Kissing is a close second. This high energy dog is very active, playful, and full of affection. She likes to be involved with the family and is not a passive family member. She wants to be where the action is!

The ideal home for Love would be with a very active family that has room for LOVE to run and play. If she doesn’t get her exercise, she gets a little “Coocoo Bananas.” She would really enjoy someone to run with or to find other ways to get that much-needed energy release. Playing ball, chasing other dogs, and entertaining herself keeps her busy. This sweetheart is a free-spirited Angel. She has gotten along with every dog and person she’s met and cries with excitement approaching the dog park entrance. She enjoys walks but still needs a lot of training on leash.

LOVE is crate-trained with a treat, loves to ride in the car, and is reliably potty-trained with as long as someone lets her out regularly. She’s come a long way since her foster mom received her. She knows how to sit, lay down, and kiss and is treat-motivated. LOVE doesn’t like to stay and would benefit from formal dog training and reinforcement of basic commands. She communicates with the cutest howl to let you know when she wants to go for a walk, eat, or play. She tries to talk, but she’s a dog, so ya’ know how that goes. She has webbed paws and probably likes water but hasn’t had the opportunity to swim yet. LOVE will bring a lot of love and laughter to her new home.

LOVE is microchipped, spayed, heartworm negative and on preventative, and up-to-date on vaccinations.
