ADOPTED – JOLENE

Female, 1.5 Years, 34 lbs

JOLENE (JO)

Meet JO, a 34-pound 1 ½ -year-old smooth coat girl with classic black and white markings.  JO has beautiful standup ears in her foster family’s eyes and looks like a McNabb.

This sweet girl likes to be with her people for a good belly rub or couch cuddle.  JO loves toys and especially likes to play and run with her dog friends.  She is very smart and will be a joy to teach/mentor.  JO has lots of energy and needs a home that provides a good amount of physical activity and mental stimulation.  Hint: an active play buddy will make JO a happy dog.

JO gets along well with her foster packmates, travels nicely in the car, is crate-trained, and knows to go potty outside.  JO has an exuberant personality, and can’t help herself from jumping on you for love and attention (we are working with her on this).  Overall as you can see in her video, she is one sweet girl.

JO is micro-chipped, spayed, heartworm negative and on preventative, and up-to-date on vaccinations. If you have an approved Northern California Border Collie Rescue & Adoptions Adoption Application and wish to inquire about JO , please email us at Adoptions@norcalbcrescue.org. If you have an approved adoption application with Border Collie Rescue of Northern California let us know and we will request it be forwarded to us for consideration.

JO is fostering in Granite Bay in Placer County, CA.
