ADOPTED – BOB

Male, 5 Months, 25 lbs

Meet BOB (Bob’s Big Boy), a 5-month-old, 25# pup, who came into rescue with his brother Carl (Carl’s Junior).  This beautiful black & white smooth-coated border collie/McNab mix puppy also sports a nice & large white collar & blaze.  Bob is a soft pup, who is growing in confidence & skills/abilities every day.  He is learning the comfort of “lots of love” & positive experiences in his foster home, & he is responding beautifully.  He is a very loving, kind puppy!

BOB is a good puppy & very clever, goofy & sweet.  He loves to play & he gets along super-duper with all the other animals in his foster home, including dogs, house & barn cats, tortoises, etc.  He loves watching the alpacas, sheep, goats, & geese.  Toys!  Toys! Toys!  Bob loves to play with toys, including tug toys, balls, & empty cardboard boxes that puppies can hide in, jump in & out of, & chew.

In some situations—like going in & out of the back door, Bob needs a little more reassurance, encouragement, & experience.  That’s okay!  This will pass as BOB grows up in a loving environment & has positive training.  Bob is totally housebroken with a doggy door.

BOB is micro-chipped, spayed, heart worm negative and on preventative, and up to date on vaccinations. If you have an approved Northern California Border Collie Rescue & Adoptions Adoption Application and wish to inquire about BOB, please email us at Adoptions@norcalbcrescue.org. If you have an approved adoption application with Border Collie Rescue of Northern California let us know and we will request it be forwarded to us for consideration.

BOB is being fostered in Live Oak in Sutter County, CA.
