BUNNY
Meet one of our Easter babies – BUNNY! A sweet and cuddly 12-week-old puppy, BUNNY is 13 pounds with a smooth beautifully marked tri-color coat (she has just a hint of copper on her left side). She is highly socialized and loves being with her humans, playing with toys, receiving hugs and kisses, cuddling on the couch and receiving belly rubs.
BUNNY is talkative/vocal, curious, playful, inquisitive and happy. She can hold her own playing with her sister Lilly and her adult BC packmates, taking cover when the action gets too rambunctious. She has no trouble letting you know (in a big puppy voice!) when she wants something (like food, company, toys). BUNNY is not quite potty-trained, but getting closer, and sleeps through the night in her crate. She travels well in the car, but definitely gets motion-sickness!
BUNNY has completed her second round of DHPP vaccinations, has been wormed and has received Bordetella vaccinations. She will need additional rounds of DHPP, which you will follow up with your veterinarian.
As a condition of puppy adoption, she will need to be altered when she reaches approximately 6 months (specific time to be determined by your vet). In addition to the adoption fee, puppy adoption requires a $75 spay/neuter deposit. Upon our receiving the spay/neuter certificate from you, the deposit is refunded. If you have an approved Northern California Border Collie Rescue & Adoptions Adoption Application and wish to inquire about NYLA, please email us at Adoptions@norcalbcrescue.org. If you have an approved adoption application with Border Collie Rescue of Northern California let us know and we will request it be forwarded to us for consideration.
BUNNY is being fostered in Granite Bay, CA in Placer County, CA.
