1 Female, 1 Male, 10 Weeks on 12/28/2025
LANCE AND LACEY are sweet and lively puppies that will steal your heart. At about 10 weeks of age, these kiddos are ready to go to their forever homes. Each puppy is energetic & smart, so be prepared with games, training opportunities, or future dog sports for these dearies. If you give them what they need to work their little brains & bodies, they all have an “off switch” & will be happy snuggling, or hanging out with you. They all have amazingly soft and fluffy coats – it is wonderful to pet them and run your hands through pure softness! They have had lots of visitors in their foster home, & have been charming to one & all. They don’t yet have a firm grasp of housebreaking, but that should come together once they have one-on-one, consistent direction from you. Both puppies sleep all night in their X-pen, love cuddles and want to be with you all the time. LANCE AND LACEY are being fostered in Granite Bay, Placer County, CA.
LACEY (Female) is 8 pounds with white toes, chest (with ticking) and cute blaze accenting her black and white coat. She is oh so sweet, and clearly the alpha of the pack. This gorgeous girlie can stand up to her brother and her foster BC adult sister with spunk & energy. A fast learner, LACEY will love to learn new things that will make her think as well as play & exercise. She might enjoy dog sports like agility, or canine scentwork (aka nosework). She will want to be with you, doing things together that you will both enjoy. She connects beautifully with people, but she can also play with toys on her own.
LANCE (Male) is 7 pounds with a gorgeous liver (red) & white-accented coat. A cuddler, this boy loves to be with his humans, play with toys and of course wrestle with his sister and his BC adult foster sister. His sweet little face sports an adoring look, and after a good cuddle, he is ready to play! Like his sister, LANCE will love to train & learn new things that will make him think as much if not more than simply playing or exercising. He might enjoy dog sports like agility, or canine scent work (aka nose work). He will not be content to sit on the sidelines, and will want to be with you, doing things together that you will both enjoy.
LANCE & LACEY are current on vaccinations, as well as heartworm and flea/tick prevention. They are microchipped. As a condition of puppy adoption, they will need to be altered by their new owner when they reach approximately 6 months (specific time to be determined by your vet). In addition to the adoption fee, puppy adoption requires a $75 spay/neuter deposit. Upon our receiving the spay/neuter certificate from you, the deposit is refunded.
If you have an approved Northern California Border Collie Rescue & Adoptions Adoption Application and wish to inquire about the puppies, please email us at Adoptions@norcalbcrescue.org.
