ADOPTED – Simon

Male, ~3 year old, 70 lbs

SIMON
Meet SIMON, a beautifully marked 70-pound medium coat approx 3-year-old! SIMON is a sweet boy who wants to be with his people, and loves to play and cuddle. He is mischievous, social, curious, sensitive, and still thinks he might be a lap dog. A play buddy is important – SIMON loves to play games with dogs of any age and has even got his older foster matron (who can sometimes be a bit grumpy) to play with joy. SIMON gets along well with everyone, travels nicely in the car, is crate-trained, and knows to go potty outside. When giving SIMON any correction (for behavior), his soft eye response is “What’s the problem?” and then “Hugs! More Hugs!” He’ll need gentle guidance to learn basic commands, and of course some supported practice. Overall as you can see in his video, he is very, very sweet.

SIMON is micro-chipped, neutered, heart worm negative and on preventative, and up to date on vaccinations. If you have an approved Northern California Border Collie Rescue & Adoptions Adoption Application and wish to inquire about SIMON, please email us at Adoptions@norcalbcrescue.org. If you have an approved adoption application with Border Collie Rescue of Northern California let us know and we will request it be forwarded to us for consideration.

SIMON is being fostered in Granite Bay in Placer County, CA.
