ADOPTED SNOOPY

Male, 1 – 2 years, 33 lbs

SNOOPY is a beautiful, classic black and white medium coat dog who is one of the sweetest dogs you will ever meet.  Weighing about 33lbs, SNOOPY is about 1-2 years old. He loves to be petted and when you give him a bit of love, he shows the deepest appreciation with his eyes. He loves other people, dogs and cats. He loves to stare at cats and is mesmerized by them.

You will notice in his video SNOOPY has some odd movements.  This is a non-progressive neurological condition (possibly cerebellar hypoplasia) that affects his mobility, coordination, and balance. SNOOPY never lets this bring him down; he lives a very happy life, prancing and dancing with joy.

SNOOPY loves to play with dogs and people but does not know what to do with toys yet. When play is over, he will settle down. He is surprisingly calm for a Border Collie.

SNOOPY is crate trained and sleeps in his crate all night. His foster family is helping him with his outside potty and inside house manners.

SNOOPY enjoys going on walks, playing with his human and other animals, and likes to cuddle after having some fun.

SNOOPY is micro-chipped, neutered, heart worm negative and on preventative, and up to date on vaccinations. If you have an approved Northern California Border Collie Rescue & Adoptions Adoption Application and wish to inquire about SNOOPY, please email us at Adoptions@norcalbcrescue.org. If you have an approved adoption application with Border Collie Rescue of Northern California let us know and we will request it be forwarded to us for consideration.

SNOOPY is being fostered Sacramento, Sacramento County CA.
