ADOPTED – TUCKER

Male, 1 year, 36 lbs

TUCKER, Mr ‘Happy Go Lucky’ darling one year old male border collie. He is a rough coated tri-colored 36 pound boy who is affectionate, sweet, loving and yes….he’s crate trained!! TUCKER is playful, loves mom and dad, likes Pucklechurch the resident cat a bit toooo much. He is glued to staring wherever she is and will stare at her for hours! Our TUCKER loves to play with balls, stuffed toys and the other dogs here, the 2 male border collies in residence have both shown TUCKER their teeth but although he’s a smaller male he just showed them his teeth right back! He has spunk! Now they are all buddies after admiring each other’s teeth! Check out his pics! He’s about the cutest border collie I’ve ever seen!

TUCKER is not shy, he loves to run and needs lots of activity. He’d be a great running and hiking buddy. He is quiet in his crate overnight and is learning his name ( assigned to him from the shelter) he answers to TUCKER! quickly! Hey! That’s me!
Our TUCKER rides pretty well in the car, he did lose his lunch when we hit the winding backroads into Auburn where he’s being fostered (we were coming back from the shelter i picked him up from). But to and from the vet? Just fine.

He was a bit rocky at house breaking as well but within 2 days? Not a drop! So its fair to say our darling boy is good and ready for his new home. His rucksack is packed with treats and toys and he’s watching the front gate for you to show up and adopt him!

TUCKER is micro-chipped, neutered, heart worm negative and on preventative, and up to date on vaccinations. If you have an approved Northern California Border Collie Rescue & Adoptions Adoption Application and wish to inquire about TUCKER, please email us at Adoptions@norcalbcrescue.org. If you have an approved adoption application with Border Collie Rescue of Northern California let us know and we will request it be forwarded to us for consideration.

TUCKER is being fostered Auburn, CA.
