What personal data we collect and why we collect it

By default WordPress (the content management system that this website is built on) does not collect any personal data about visitors.

This site does collect personal information when a user submits one of our website forms.

We keep information submitted through our web forms indefinitely and use it solely for the purpose of contacting you for animal adoption/foster purposes. We do not share or sell any personal information.

Forms

If you fill out the contact form, adoption application, foster application or another form on this site, we will collect your name, address, email address, phone number and other basic information that you enter into the form. We collect this information solely for the purpose of contacting you at your request. For foster and adoption applications we collect this information so that we may place dogs.

If you fill out our donation form we will collect your personal contact information such as name, email, phone number and billing address. We collect this information so that PayPal may process your payment. PayPal is a secure payment gateway.

PayPal Payments

When you make a donation your payment information is sent directly to PayPal, a secure payment processor. We do not collect or store your credit card information on this website or our website servers. PayPal has its own privacy practices.

If you have ever filled out a web form you may contact us to request that your information be removed from our database. All requests will be fulfilled.
