COOPER
Meet COOPER, a sweet 8-year-old senior looking to spend his golden years in a slow-paced loving home. COOPER is a medium coat Border Collie lab mix, weighing in at 49 pounds. He prefers to be near people, resting at your feet; loves to be petted; and enjoys your good conversation (if you happen to like to talk to your dogs!)

His foster family has him on a glucosamine supplement, but otherwise he has a clean bill of health, is heartworm negative, and up to date on his vaccinations. He has had no accidents in the house, is crate-trained and sleeps all night through.
COOPER gets along fine with his foster packmates, with no issues or arguments. He’ll need a slow-paced home environment with lots of gentle human contact – his action days are behind him and staying “Mellow” is his goal. He loves to travel in the car, and is calm on a leash.
