HI! I’M adorable GULLIVER! Yes this is our darling foster boy GULLIVER……aka GULLY. He is a 2 year old smooth coat red and white border collie.
Weighing in at a slim 45 lbs this handsome boy could be the best friend to you!
GULLY came to us very shy and frightened. He likes people but is unsure about how to relate to them. He is learning that people are nice, kind and loving.
GULLY likes the 4 border collie brother and sisters he has here at his foster home, especially Gael who is 18 months old and loves to PLAY!
GULLY LOVES when mom and dad pet him, scratch his ears and cuddle.
GULLY loves his toys and is especially fond of a squeaky stuffed dog that will be adopted with him. He loves the deer antlers, kongs and other toys here in his foster home. Toys seem to be a new item in his life and GULLY is learning how fun it is to be a dog! Unfortunately for the resident cat, GULLY has decided that chasing her is fun. We’re working on the concept of dignity and respect…..so far not much progress. ?
GULLY has been a good houseguest. He’s had only one accident in our house since he arrived and that was 2 weeks ago! He is crate trained, sleeps quietly in his crate overnight and takes food gently from your fingers.
GULLY is not toy possessive nor food aggressive. He is a pleasant, quiet boy who loves to be close to his person and settles nicely near you when it’s time to relax in the evening.
GULLY walks nicely on lead, loads up nicely in the car and loves car rides. He is excited to find his forever home and needs a new owner who will continue to bring out the best in our boy.
GULLY has his stuffed squeaky toy packed in his rucksack and is ready to COME HOME. ( I think there is a deer antler in there too!) He is waiting to see your car drive up to our gate, fall in love with him and take him home!
