Mister is 1 year 2 mos old Male full bred Border Collie located in El Dorado County, CA. He is Neutered, UTD on vaccines and microchipped. Mister is black and white/medium sized (approx 30-35 lbs). He was bred for working so he is registered and papered. Papers and ownership will be transferred to the new owner once he finds his perfect home. He has a strong herding instinct and medium drive so a home where he can work on a ranch, participate in herding sport or agility sport is ideal. Or anyone with a lot of experience with the breed would also be ok in order to manage his instinct. As much as he loves to work, he also loves to relax, making him easy going in the home. His best friend is the cat (seriously). Mister has not been tested with children (any age). A quick study, Mister already knows sit, down, wait, quiet. He is kennel and potty trained. Mister walks well on a leash once his excitement calms down. He is goofy, very sweet, affectionate and willing to please. Even though Mister is dog friendly, an older dog in his current home has not accepted him and constantly attacks him. The breeder has been contacted but will not take him back. Mister deserves a home where he can be accepted in the pack wholeheartedly, be comfortable and thrive.
