DECLAN

5 months, 25 lbs

DECLAN is a sweet and lively 25-pound puppy who will steal your heart.  He has beautiful red and white coat that is short to medium in length.  At about 5 months of age, this boy is ready to go to his forever home.

DECLAN has a calm, mellow, “get along with everyone” personality, and is curious, so be prepared with games, training opportunities, or future dog sports.  He enjoys rough and tumble play with his BC foster sister but also likes to chill on the couch in between bouts of play.

A fast learner, DECLAN loves to explore and learn new things.  He will want to be with you, doing things together that you both enjoy.  DECLAN connects beautifully with people of all ages and has experienced both dogs and cats in his foster home. If you give him what he needs to work his little brain & body, there is an “off switch” & he will be happy snuggling or hanging out with you.

DECLAN has had a fair number of visitors in his foster home & has been charming to one & all.  He is doing well with his housebreaking, and will improve with your one-on-one, consistent direction.   DECLAN sleeps all night in his crate, he loves cuddles and a good belly rub.

DECLAN  is started on puppy vaccines, wormed, and microchipped. He is also on flea, tick and heartworm prevention. As a condition of puppy adoption, he will need to be altered when he is about 6 months (specific time to be determined by your vet). In addition to the adoption fee, puppy adoption requires a $75 spay/neuter deposit. Upon our receiving the spay/neuter certificate from you, the deposit is refunded. If you have an approved Adoption Application and wish to inquire, send an email to: Adoptions@norcalbcrescue.org

DECLAN is being fostered in Granite Bay, Placer County, CA.
