FRED AND GINGER

9 weeks, 10lbs
Hello! We are FRED and GINGER and we are going to dance our way right into your heart. We are 9 weeks old and about 9-10 lbs. We will likely be around 40-45 lbs when fully grown.
FRED – Male, black and white, 10 lbs
I love to wrestle and play with my sister! My favorite toy is anything I can tug on. I also like to chew on my foster moms toes when she plays with me. I am a medium energy boy who loves playtime almost as much as I love my puppy naps. I would love a puppy tolerant older brother or sister to play with. I am working on my potty training, and its a work in progress. I am ok with riding in a car and don’t get car sick. I am sleeping in a cozy puppy pen at night with my sister and my foster mom says I am great at sleeping through the night. I have seen some cats but I’m not really sure if I like them or not. Maybe if they play with me I could be their friend. I am looking for a home that will give me lots of time, attention and snuggles.
GINGER – Female, black with white patch on chest and chin, 9 lbs
I am an adventure girl! I like to explore and find fun things to play with and investigate. My favorite toy is anything I can chew or tug. I like balls too, but not as much as a good tug. I also like the kiddie pool in my outside play area. It’s fun to splash around. I don’t mind riding in cars and I don’t get carsick. I sleep with my brother in our puppy pen and my foster mom is so happy when I sleep all night long. I am starting potty training too. I would love to play with the cats I’ve seen but they don’t want to play with me. I am a medium energy girl who would love a friend to play with and I would also be ok getting all the attention. I would love an active home where I get lots of attention, playtime and cuddles.
What our foster mom says about us:
FRED is super sweet and cuddly, a little lower energy than his sister. He is goofy and follows his sister around.
GINGER is more of an adventure girl and a bit higher energy than her brother. She is also super sweet, friendly and cuddly.
They came in as strays from a shelter and we do not know who their parents are or what they are mixed with.
They stay in X-Pen areas most of the time, but they are starting to venture out and explore the whole yard. They have an indoor and outdoor area. They love the outdoor area because it’s bigger and they can run and wrestle. Ginger likes the kiddie pool much more than Fred. He will go in it, but only if Ginger is also in it. They have greeted all people and dogs with confidence and a friendly wag. Both pups will need an active home, a yard with room to run, people around most of the time and a training plan to give them the best start in life.
FRED and GINGER are started on puppy vaccines, wormed, and microchipped. They are also on flea, tick and heartworm prevention. As a condition of puppy adoption, they will need to be altered when they reach approximately 6 months (specific time to be determined by your vet). In addition to the adoption fee, puppy adoption requires a $75 spay/neuter deposit. Upon our receiving the spay/neuter certificate from you, the deposit is refunded. If you have an approved Adoption Application and wish to inquire, send an email to: Adoptions@norcalbcrescue.org.
