TEDDY – ADOPTED

Meet TEDDY! A darling, sweet and cuddly 11-week-old puppy, TEDDY is 14 pounds with a smooth beautifully marked black, white and kisses of tan (around his ears, eyebrows, and bum!) coat. He is highly socialized and loves being with his humans, playing with toys, receiving hugs and kisses, cuddling on the couch and receiving belly rubs.
ADOPTED – Dahlia
DAHLIA is a sweet and lively 10-pound puppy who will steal your heart. At about 2 ½ months of age, this girl is ready to go to her forever home. DAHLIA is energetic & smart, so be prepared with games, training opportunities, or future dog sports. This girlie likes rough and tumble play, and can stand up to foster friends with spunk & energy. A fast learner, DAHLIA will love to learn new things that will make her think as well as play & exercise. She might enjoy dog sports like agility, or canine scentwork (aka nosework).
ADOPTED JAGGER
JAGGER is a darling 19-pound 4-month-old Queensland Heeler puppy who will steal your heart. Born at the end of May 2024, JAGGER is playful, sassy, athletic and a cuddlebug with his foster brother RIN. This is a puppy with lots of energy for fun and games, and maybe a little mischief! He is most happy when he can lead the pack in a game of chase, wrestle while RIN lies on the floor, or nap near your feet or with his buddies. JAGGER is very athletic, having no problem in jumping up on things that are much higher than him – the bed, the couch, and more! A fast learner, JAGGER will love to learn new things that will make him think as well as play & exercise.
Adopted RIN
Meet RIN, a 47 pound medium coat beautifully marked boy who is everyone’s friend and your adored companion. RIN is approximately 1.5 years old and has a playful, joyful personality. He is very social and loves to play with other dogs, running and leaping about the yard in a good game of tag, or gently wrestling with a dog buddy on the floor or the couch.
ADOPTED – SUNI
SUNI, named after the Olympic gold medalist gymnast Suni Lee, is pure gold. She is approximately 3 -years-old, and many say she is the perfect size at 30 pounds. This delightful little girl adores people and just wants to be touched and petted. She will lay her head in your hand and soak up affection. She is simply a love and would thrive in a home where she can be with her people much of the time.
ADOPTED – MAGGIE
Meet MAGGIE, the approximately 10-month-old vibrant border collie mix with a zest for life and a heart of gold. Weighing a sprightly 30 pounds, MAGGIE is a bundle of energy and affection, always ready for her next adventure. MAGGIE is an enthusiastic greeter when she meets new humans.
ADOPTED – MILLIE
MILLIE is a sweet and spunky 21-pound eight-month-old puppy who will steal your heart. With a beautiful red and white medium coat, MILLIE is a package of adorable fun and energy. She likes toys, but this girl primarily wants to be with you, doing things together and cuddling. She is a fast learner, is treat & people-motivated, loves to run and play, and has a keen curiosity for her environment. She might enjoy dog sports like agility or canine scent work (aka nose work). MILLIE will be willing to do whatever you ask her to do & then snuggle with you afterward.
ADOPTED – LEVI
LEVI is a sweet and lively puppy that will steal your heart. At about 5 months of age and 22 pounds, he is ready to go to his forever home. LEVI is energetic and has a high herding instinct, so be prepared with games, training opportunities, or future dog sports for this boy. After playing and wrestling with his foster buddy, LEVI does have an “off switch” & nap or rest quietly. He would especially love snuggling or hanging out with you. His favorite toys are his stuffies, but he also loves a good chew toy and a Kong filled with peanut butter.

MAIRA and Freya Adopted With super soft, downy coats, FREYA has lots of lovely ticking on her face and legs, and MAIRI (pronounced May-ra) is classic black and white.
The Rock Star Girls
THE ROCK STAR GIRLS have all been ADOPTED! They are sweet and lively puppies that will steal your heart. At about 3 ½ months of age, the girls are ready to go to their forever homes. Each puppy is energetic & smart, so be prepared with games, training opportunities, or future dog sports for these dearies. If you give them what they need to work their little brains & bodies, they all have an “off switch” & will be happy snuggling, or hanging out with you. They all have amazingly soft and fluffy coats – it is wonderful to pet them and run your hands through pure softness! The puppies are learning to curb their enthusiasm with the adult BCs in their foster home, and are taking cues to ‘behave’ and ‘don’t jump on me!’ They have had lots of visitors in their foster home, & have been charming to one & all. They don’t yet have a firm grasp of housebreaking, as they’re all still together, providing each other with plenty of distractions. As smart as they are, that should come together once they have one-on-one, consistent direction from you. They sleep all night in their X-pen, love cuddles and want to be with you all the time. The ROCK STAR GIRLS are being fostered in Granite Bay, Placer County, CA.
ADOPTED – FLYNN
Meet FLYNN, a sweet 1 ½ year old boy of 55 pounds with a smooth beautifully marked black and white coat, one blue eye and one brown eye. His long legs, tall ears, and slim build may give a hint of a McNabb characteristic. FLYNN is highly socialized and loves being with his humans, receiving hugs and cuddling.
FLYNN has a happy and confident personality, loves to run, play with toys, and socialize with dog friends. He will need a household that provides suitable room to run and exercise, and activities to keep his mind busy. He is constantly trying to engage in play with his foster packmates, but will play with toys on his own as well.
FLYNN knows basic commands and will be easy to train as he is food motivated and wants to please you. He is crated trained and sleeps quietly all night. Key words that describe this boy:

ADOPTED ZUMA
ZUMA is BC mix with lovely soft ears and a smooth coat that is a dream to touch. And he loves everyone he meets! His lovely white nose makes look a bit like a clown, but that is just him fooling you; he is very smart. He has grown into a lovey pup that is learning basic commands like sit and stay. He is crate-trained, and when it’s meal time, he will run into his crate and sit, waiting nicely for his food, Best of all: he is making good progress learning to potty outside. He loves to learn, and is treat and toy motivated, so he will be a joy to train. His favorite toys are soft squeaky toys.
ADOPTED MALIBU
ADOPTEDMALIBU is a BC mix with nice, soft ears that he sometimes flips open, as if he’s trying to air them out. His easy-care coat is smooth and a joy to pet, which is great for Malibu. He wants to be close to his human as he can be in the yard or on the couch getting a belly scratch or a massage. And he loves everyone he meets! He is crate-trained, and when it’s mealtime, he will run into his crate and sit, waiting nicely. He is smart and loves learning new things like sit and stay. MALIBU is treat and toy motivated, so he will be a joy to train. Best of all: he is making good progress learning to potty outside.
BOYS OF SUMMER MALE PUPPIES
THE BOYS OF SUMMER litter is another NCBCRA sweet group of puppies that are sure to steal your heart. Born in June 2023, the pups are 9 weeks old & are ready to go to their forever homes. All of the puppies are “border collie” energetic & smart, so be prepared with games, training opportunities, or dog sports for these dearies; a few really like to play in water and all love toys. If you give them what they need to work their little brains & bodies, they all have an “off switch” & will be happy snuggling, or hanging out with you—some more than others, so ask lots of questions about the puppy you want to bring home. The puppies live with other dogs in their foster home, so they are well-socialized to dogs. They have had lots of visitors in their foster home, & they have been charming to one & all. They don’t yet have a firm grasp of housebreaking, as they’re all still together, providing each other with plenty of distractions. As smart as they are, that should come together once they have one-on-one, consistent direction from you. They eat their meals in their crates & have ridden in a large crate together for the ride to their foster home & to the vet without getting carsick. The BOYS OF SUMMER litter is being fostered Granite Bay, Placer County, CA.
ADOPTED – EIKO
EIKO is an incredibly affectionate and endearing pup. He is an approximately 3 year old, 35 pound rough coat black and white border collie with very pretty markings around his eye. He has one brown and one blue eye adding an extra touch of charm to his already adorable face.
EIKO thrives on human interaction and craves an owner who will reciprocate his boundless love and affection. EIKO gets along well with other dogs and generally adapts well to the presence of cats and children. Engaging in playful activities such as tug of war with his canine companions or entertaining himself with a game of catch, EIKO always keeps the fun alive.
