Adopted – Teddy
Meet TEDDY, a sweet 1 ½ year old boy of 45 pounds with a beautiful rough coat and classic black & white markings.
TEDDY is very social with people. He loves hugs, pets, giving kisses, and hanging near his people. TEDDY gets along well with his foster BC pack mates and shows high drive behavior. This includes play nipping, vocalizing when excited, and experiencing some anxiety with change (e.g. not with his human/dog pack, transitioning to a new home, etc.). His foster family has been using positive reinforcement, watching him improve every day.

ADOPTED – ETHEL
Introducing affectionate and gorgeous ETHEL, an approximately two-year-old red-tri smooth coat female. She is 18+ inches at the shoulders and weighs about 37 pounds. ETHEL has perfect recall either by whistle or calling her name. She is healthy and has been well-cared for. She does not wander off and prefers to stick close to her people and foster sisters. She rarely barks, and only does if she needs to catch your attention (“Please let me in!”). ETHEL is a playful and funny dog that lives for a good time.

Adopted – Sir Lawrence
SIR LAWRENCE, AKA Larry, AKA Big Red, is a 61 pound bundle of love. His deep red color with tiny bits of white makes him as handsome as he is polite. He is the distinguished gentleman of the group, approximately 8 years of age. He loves people, gets along well with his foster brother and sister and completely ignores our cat Leia. He will however chase outdoor cats if they run. Larry loves cuddling on the couch, being petted (his whole body squirms with joy) & doesn’t even mind baths because he thinks he’s getting petted!

Adopted – ACE
ACE is a loving, playful male tri-color smooth coat who weighs in at a whopping 30 lbs. He uses his slight frame to full advantage, quickly learning to slip through the posts of our gate leading to the back deck. ACE also holds his own playing with our foster Lawrence* (the red prominent in the pictures and video), who is double ACE’s weight. They spend a good part of their day wrestling and chasing each other around. ACE also gets along well with our girl Sissy and largely ignores the cat. *Note – Lawrence will be posted later this week.

ADOPTED Sadie
WOOF! A big hello from our lovely SADIE. She is a 4 year old, 40 lb. black and white rough coat female Border Collie. SADIE came to us a bit shy and quiet, she observed the other 5 Border Collies in in her foster home and worked at fitting in. Within a few days she was running with the other females and chasing the males....much to our amusement! She had found her place!

Adopted – Milo formerly Levias (Liv)
Meet MILO, a sweet 3 year old boy of 65 pounds with beautiful markings, ticking, and a medium rough coat.
MILO is very social with people and loves to give hugs and kisses. Although he really can’t fit into a lap, he is very happy to try in order to be close to his human. MILO gets along well with his three foster BC packmates, and does show some herding (drive) behaviors when running and barking are involved.

ADOPTED ANNIE
Are you looking for a lovable sweetheart that will curl up with you on the sofa and give you kisses?? Someone who will love you unconditionally forever? Someone to be your loyal companion and won’t ever cheat on you? Well…stop looking for love in all the wrong places and look into our rescue! This is where you’ll find ANNIE!

ADOPTED RASCAL
Rascal is such a wonderful dog and the sweetest boy ever. This fun, 43 pound, 2-yr-old boy is housebroken and understands basic commands like “sit,” “down,” and “come.” He is crate-trained and quite the lover boy first thing in the morning when getting out of his crate. In his foster home, he hasn’t ever eaten anything he’s not supposed to, and he is well-mannered. When he came into rescue, he was unfamiliar with a leash and car rides, so Rascal’s foster mom is slowing getting him out socially. New to walking on a leash, he has been learning to enjoy long walks and a good run. The only time Rascal barks is when he wants to play. Rascal is polite when company arrives, not even barking then.

ADOPTED Willow
Say hello to WILLOW, an 8m old BC mix female. Her foster mom thinks she might be mixed with Kelpie. She has a lovely soft easy care smooth coat, the cutest little socks on her feet and a tiny white tip on her tail. WILLOW is a medium to high energy girl who loves to play but will settle down when playtime is over. She loves other dogs and gets along with cats too. She will try to play (gently) with the cats, so any cats in the home would have to be dog savvy.

ADOPTED – MONTY
Meet MONTY, a super sweet 1 1/2-year-old BC-Corgi-Cardigan mix looking for his forever home. MONTY’s personality fills the room! This happy boy over-shares his affection with other dogs, kissing their face and exuberantly inviting play. He is the life of the party and loves rough and tumble wrestling. His foster BC pack is (pretty much) used to him now, turning their heads to redirect the face kisses and occasionally issuing a ‘knock it off’ warning growl; then returning back to puppy play!

ADOPTED Lexi
“WOOF! My name is LEXI and I’m hoping someone will adopt me and give me the furever home that I have never had! I want to grow up and feel loved for the rest of my life and with your help I promise I will become the best little doggie you’ve ever had! Will you be my special person”?? WOOF!

ADOPTED – GRACEY
GRACEY is an active gal who likes to play ball and run around the yard. That is a good thing as she needs to stay active to keep her weight down and enjoy the food and treats she very much enjoys. Even in her younger days she was overweight. Since coming back to rescue she has lost 18 lbs and looks really good at 46 lbs. Her medium tri-colored coat is easy to maintain.

ADOPTED Tip
Meet Tip. She is an Intense, Energetic, Fun-loving, Active, Chewy, Silly, Sweet, and very Friendly little girl. Tip is crate-trained and will come in and out of the house using simple off-leash guidance commands. She is still a “puppy” at approximately 8 months of age. Tip weighs around 34 pounds and is 21 inches at the shoulder with a compact little body. She has a beautiful soft, short black and white coat with perfectly perky border collie ears. She has four white feet, white on her chest, and a white tip on her nose.

ADOPTED – Sissy
Meet SISSY, an 8 ½ year old girl of 42 pounds with a smooth coat with beautiful ticking on her legs, chest and neck. SISSY is a super sweet dog with a mellow personality. She loves to be petted and hear kind words from her humans, has a great warning bark when delivery people show up, and has been an easy houseguest.

ADOPTED Finn
Meet FINN, a 1 ½ year old Border Collie with beautiful markings, stand-up ears, and a lovely smooth coat. At 42 pounds, he is a medium-size boy with a light frame. FINN loves to play with his squeaky toys and be close to his human(s), but has also adapted to his foster BC packmates (and all their funny quirks).

ADOPTED BARON
Introducing the most lovable adorable companion to be found. BARON is a male Border collie Catahoula mix just shy of 3 years of age, approximately 56 pounds. BARON is a very sweet boy. He loves to join you in whatever you’re doing and shadow your next move. He loves to give kisses and curl up in your lap for a nap.

ADOPTED Patrick
DUE TO THE OVERWHELMING INTEREST IN PATRICK WE WILL NO LONGER BE ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS. THANK YOU!

ADOPTED JESSE
Due to the overwhelming response we will not be reviewing any more applications for Jesse for now. Thank you for your understanding.

ADOPTED Boots
Meet BOOTS, a sweet 12-year-old senior looking to spend his golden years in a slow-paced loving home. BOOTS is a beautifully marked smooth coat Border Collie mix, weighing in at 49 pounds. He prefers to be near people, resting at your feet; loves to be petted; and enjoys your good conversation (if you happen to like to talk to your dogs!)

ADOPTED CODY
Meet CODY! At 12-14 weeks, this happy little bundle has been such a pleasure to have in our home. We were a little worried that the older dogs would pick on him, but this little boy rules the roost. He isn’t afraid of the older bigger dogs and wants very much to engage in play with everyone he meets. His foster brothers are very tolerant of him stealing lap time and toys, but when he crosses a line and gets reprimanded by them, he sulks off quietly to go lie down and give them some space.
